Catching the coach outside the airport was a nightmare next best thing is this extremely comfortable taxi well impressed

we left a cell phone in the taxi this morning when being dropped at the airport and didn'i realize it for a few minutes after entering the airport. panicked of course we called the ringer was on and driver would hear the ring and know to head back. ringer was off and the phone had fallen under the front passenger seat. Five tries and the driver noticed a vibration and answered. 20 minutes later drove up to our original drop off point with phone in hand. I wish i'd remember her name and plan to forward receipt so that she can be identified. She was lovely the entire ride and then took time from her day to return a phone to a stranger. Thank you Taxi Barcelona
Fyi: Impossible to get a taxi at 3 am in Hospitalet. BOUUUUH!!!
Forgot a bag in the cab (present for my doughter). Tryig to call them for an hour and a half..no answer..if you forget your purse with your documents wolud it be the same?!! Unprofessional..at the very least! Never again will I use their services!
