Long line to start but it went fast. Great help on some bus tickets that stopped working. Had four that showed not complete, but got 17 new rides! Great service in English.

This is the best customer service I think I’ve ever received. I arrive 7 minutes before they opened on a Sunday, the staff arrived just before 9, and they opened at 8:57, I was served, happy and out the door before 9am! The man who served me was very friendly and nice! Best city to lose something in!

I got a 50eur fine even though had a ticket. Apparently, the register machine didn't work. I took the metro at Urquinaona, inserted my ticket and it came out on the other side and the door opened. Despite all that I was told the ticket wasn't validated and there is nothing that can be done except paying the fine. I was told there is no use in filing a complaint as those are always rejected and if I didn't pay within 3 days, the fine will be 100eur. You cannot pay and file a complaint because when you pay you are basically saying you admit you are guilty!
