Excellent service! Order was delivered in time, I was unlucky to have a bulb that broke. I contacted Kaya and explained, the person I contacted personally delivered a new bulb.. THE DAY AFTER! :) Amazing customer service I must say, will definitely come back when it's time to re-stock! Also I got freebies such as seeds, grinder, t-shirt etc.. much thanks :)

I've been going to Kaya for a couple of years now, and for a good reasons. The employees are always friendly and helpful, you can tell they are professional in all aspects. It's also a \One Stop Shop\! They have everything from all major seed banks to high end bacteria (which is hard to find). Kaya is now the only place I buy from & my results have only improved thanks to their help. Much love & respect.
Great grow shop! Has all the products available in the market in one store and if you need something that they don't have on the spot, they will order it and you can pick it up a few days later. The people that work there have knowledge, are nice and will give you great advice if needed. Thank you for the great service Sergio and Christian!
I was in holiday in Barcelona, and i have purchased some seed and some other stuff.. I've found an very complete store and an very nice staff. The possibility of purchased one seed for each strain it's wonderful.. I highly recommend this store, i sure will return to buy other stuff on my next holidays in Barcelona.
