I went twice for a gestational diabetes test. For the second one, I needed to be over 3h there without eating, with a prior 12h without eating. I had to wait almost an hour to be attended, even after they registered me and passed my insurance card, so they knew what I was waiting for, I still had to wait 20 minutes more; even though I was pregnant and with a potential diabetes diagnosis. The lab for doing blood tests could really improve their waiting times.

2 hours waiting in emergency with strong stomach pain is normal here. 24 hours after arrival with appendicitis, in pain, and still no appendectomy surgery. And impossible to get exact information about when the surgery will be done. All the personnel is nice and friendly doing their best, but the management and organization is a disaster. According to US study, appendectomy delayed more than 18 hours since presentation to the emergency unit leads to the extended length of stay (and overall more money for the hospital). So QuironSalud, is it about bigger revenue while providing poor medical service? Or you are just unable to organize the work properly? Don’t accept more patients than you can handle! Manage the expectations properly. And don’t tell me about covid, it has nothing to do with intestinal surgery workload and availability.

Last place to make Covid test for children.The nurse was strange.But the reception stuff are lovely and helpful.

They did not satisfy us as well as we expected. One of the staff was screaming on my sister (my sister was operated from her back ). I understand they have a lot of jobs to do but one of the staff was horrible. I wish they improve it. I put one star because i do not expect from one Privet hospital to have this type of staff.

Came in for heart surgery. I was in pain and in a panic but they saw to me in minutes. Very good bedside manner, excellent caring service from doctors, nurses and auxiliaries, clear communication, lovely rooms. This place has saved my life.
