Unfortunately, had similar experience with the woman with short white hair at the entrance. Had a cita for 8:50am, with all my documents prepared and was kicked out promptly. The woman was shouting at me that I was ot able to do\ what I had the cita for. I was trying to argue my reason for being here to her, but she continued to shout at me for 5 minutes, repeating the same thing without even letting me speak. Finally, she had decided that she had done enough shouting and then called the security to walk me out. I was trying to show her the documents I had prepared and was met with more shouting, saying \she doesn’t care what documents I have\. For some reason she then gave me an email address, to which I should send the documents and was asked why I can't just leave them here but again, literally shouting at me and not caring what I have to say and if she is even right or not. Looking at the email address she gave me; it is the same one to which we send an email last week asking for cita. Hope you enjoyed reading my experience!

Disorganized. They close at 3pm but will still take the people with appointments. Hard to understand why it is so Disorganized

The woman with short white hair right by the entrance (the one that gives you the ticket) should consider herself privileged to have a job. That person has no knowledge or animus of helping at all. If you have to leave Spain in 48h and have no appointment, forget about getting a Return Permit. And when asked about other alternatives, she just said “that’s not my job”. She didn’t even wanted to call a supervisor when asked to. Go to other police office instead of this one. In the end, this is what automatization is all about in the public administration: giving people better experiences and making their lives easier.

If staying in your country you feel fine, then don't come to Spain
