I am a senior woman and I really enjoy the swim aerobics, yoga, S1 level exercises. I still have to try the other S1 level activities. I can mostly go only in the mornings. IT WOULD BE Great if they offered the pilates, and other evening ONLY activities for my level . Pool can use some repair and maintenance as there are many cracks on the walls. Love the open air / close air swimming , depending on the weather !
