I go only occasionally in this shop to buy food for my dog, treats or a toy. I cannot complain about the attention, never had an issue, they are always polite and helpful. The only thing I don't like is that they have a big stock of merchandise and the place is packed. I too don't agree with the sell of animals in the pet shops, but this is my opinion and of course it applies not only to this place, but in general...

Clearly nothing else must be said but to look into the store. I hoarders dream if said kindly. The animals are kept in disgusting cages that do not conform to any standards of any other european country. It may only seem acceptable in the scope of the entire store which in itself has to and will be shut down in the coming years. Unfriendly and self-absorbed receptionist included. If you intend on buying animals where you do not know how they were brought up or where they come from, and intend on buying endless amount of plastic toys from 1993 then this place is it
Really nice people, they are animals lovers, I bought some stuff I needed for my puppy and they gave me great advices.

Muy mala atención. Te dejan esperando y nunca te atienden, ya es la segunda vez que no me atienden, la primera más de 1 hora esperando y la segunda el personal dentro de la tienda pero no te atienden. muy mala educación.
