When our company decided to host our global sales meeting in Barcelona I immediately went online to find \team building events\. Fortunately I found the best - Barcelona Tours! I've been working the team to organize our event since January. We experienced our event last week - Paella Building Contest! Needless to say, everyone loved it, it was by far the best team building exercise we've ever done. The location was amazing, the chefs were awesome and the food...of course the food was fabulous! We used BarcelonaTours during a recent corporate event and we found them to be one of the most effective and well organized companies that we have worked with. From the minute we found them online, nothing was too much for them. They came with ideas to enhance our event, services to complement but with no pressure. We arranged for 220 people to go on a Barcelona tour one afternoon and we could not have asked for more - from the efficiency of getting 200 people onto coaches in less than 20 minutes, getting everyone through Barcelona and to several different sites and attractions with everyone ending in the correct place for dinner later that evening. Language requirements, special requests, VIP services, tour guides, coach drivers, everyone and everything that they arranged was excellent. We cannot thank them enough and hope that they go from strength to strength because it is not often that you come across companies who are so focused on their customer! Thanks again!

I used Barcelona Tours to help me organise a work trip for approx 35 people. Mauro done a fantastic job of tailoring our activities to us and to what we was looking for. (We weren't totally easy as we was on a time limit!). Maria met us the day before the activities to go over the itinerary. She is also very professional and really cares about your day and wants it to be seamless. The guides who took us on the tour were lovely. They was extremely knowledgeable and so friendly. Nicola was amazing with our transfers. Especially at 12am when a staff members plane was cancelled! I couldn't recommend them more :)

Couldn't fault them! With only a few days to our company trip communication was so efficient. They gave us the best activities options, and helped manage logistics to ensure a smooth running event. The team from airport transfers, drivers, tour guides were all superb. I cannot praise them enough.
