Hot Wheels Kid

This was a new and unique experience for us. We moved from Barcelona to Bangkok and due to the 2 weeks mandatory quarantine in Thailand we couldn't bring Athena with us. She stayed with friends and BaggagePets did an outstanding job keeping us informed step by step and putting us at ease. Athena had a very long journey 48hr due to fewer flights available. We handle the import on our own and we are happy to be all together ready for New Year ! Thank You BaggagePets

We worked with Jordi at Baggage Pets to get our dog from Barcelona to Australia and we couldn't have done it without him. Being such a complicated process to get all the documentation correct, it was invaluable to have him review all the documentation and even come in person to the final vet visit to make sure everything was in order. When Australian quarantine found a small inconsistency in some of the data, Jordi immediately sprung into action and resolved it within hours. He speaks English well and was a pleasure to communicate with. I highly recommend the services of Baggage Pets, and Jordi in particular.

I recently used BaggagePets to help transfer my cat from Barcelona to London. I was really impressed with their service. They gave great advice at all stages. They were really responsive, and would reply quickly to any question I had. They were very understanding, even when I got confused by things. They were friendly, caring professional and were able to communicate in English with me, as well as speak with my local vet to clarify things. The delivery driver was also very nice. My cat arrived safely and in good condition in London, without any problems at all. I don't have any negative things to say! Overall just really good service, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you BaggagePets.

Unprofessional and rude. They just don't respond. Would not recommend handing your pets or money to this unprofessional company. Who knows if they'll stay in contact!! After speaking with them and receiving a quote they just stopped responding. The quote was two ship two dogs to Australia so a large amount of money involved. I emailed 5 times, sent facebook messages and even rang (and was told they'd get back to me that day). This went on for two weeks until I wrote on their facebook wall asking if they were still operating... only THEN did they message me. No apology mind you.

Part of our relocation included our 2 dogs, which for obvious reasons we were very concerned about and needed to handled as successfully as can be. Jordi and his team did exactly that. From the start while still in SA and arranging all the paperwork, until the end when our dogs were delivered safely at our doorstep in Barcelona, we could not have asked for a better experience or more professional service.
