Barbara came to our house to appraise some items for auction. She is incredibly personable and professional, supported by Ann in the office (equally as friendly and professional). I was kept updated with the auctions and supplied with reserve figures. The items were put in 2 auctions which overall did better than the reserve figure totals quoted, and we were paid quickly. Very impressive service.
