Well it's your luck , which room u will get at what time...in summer season air condition of half of the AC rooms doesn't works and in few of the rooms especially in ground floor AC works well. Also they are not giving you extra bedsheet if you require only...they intend to give whole set of bedding. Cleanliness in corridors is ok but in rooms they can improve more.
