New home friendly helpful staff good atmosphere for the elderly. Have in laws residing here.Good parking outside. Lots of activities laid on for residents.
Banstead Manor have made what was a very difficult life style change for my mother in law into a relatively stressfree eperience. All in all I cant fault the care and compassion they have shown. Food is excellent (very important), her room is lovely and she has settled in well. Amazingly she is even joining in with the activities and has made some friends. We are very happy and relieved she is being looked after so well.
David Stallard is a fantastic General Manager with a wealth of experience in the care home industry. Fantastic home with a real home from home feel.
