My Bosch dishwasher hasn't been cleaning properly for a long long time. A local shop advised me to change my machine, I didn't. Then I found these chaps on Google maps by accident. Very polite service in telephone booking. Two arrived with Face masks, worn all the time. Explained my issue, dealt with efficiently and with such politeness and explanation. Advised me how to clean it in future to avoid call out! Even went without charging me, no seriously the call out charge to follow. Great experience and 5 stars well deserved.

All communications were via text message with Steven. I received out-of-hour responses, extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and he was very kind - the fault was fixed after Steven's suggestions, and my offer to pay was politely refused. Excellent service.
