We have hired castles from Banstead Bouncers several times now, and they are always a pleasure to work with, really bending over backwards to accommodate what we need and on time which is a relief on chaotic party days! The castles themselves are exactly as described and always clean.

We hired a bouncy castle, soft play and ball pool for my daughter’s 1st birthday party. Confirmed 2 days before the event. Arrived on time. Quick and efficient set up! Hours of fun had by all the party guests. They arrived on time to pick everything up and clear away too. No hassle whatsoever. Would definitely use again!

Had a great 4th birthday party thanks to Banstead Bouncers. Booked online, no deposit required with great communication. You can also cancel without charge too!! We were given a time slot for delivery and set up which was spot on. Only took about 15 minutes for the guys to set up. The castle we had was a my little pony castle. It was very clean and in very good condition. They came to collect on time as well which only took about 10 minutes to pack back up. Couldn't be happier with the service overall with friendly staff all the way through. UPDATE.. After being promised a discount to use BB again for a good review, we tried to book again. No discount offered. Still stand by the review above, but don't think you'll get a discount for leaving a good review...
We used Banstead bouncers for my daughters 6th birthday party and she chose to have the frozen disco dome which she loved and so did her friends. Peter delivered the castle nice and early and went through some rules and how to use the castle and got us connected through Bluetooth so we could play our music and the disco lights worked. We have used Banstead bouncers before and have been very happy with the service and I would always recommend these guys to anyone who asks about hiring bouncy castles. Thanks the Langley family.
