Wonderful place. Built in 30s as a residence of Ban (governor), used as concert hall nowadays. Must visit place for a concert if in Banja Luka.
Now, I can't use ma normal template for grading this place. That is because this place is not a coffee shop, restoran, bakery, hotel or motel. This place is cultural center of Banja Luka, it is one of the oldest and most beautiful structures in the city itself. Just like it is a cultural center of Banja Luka it is also located in the center of the city as well. Events like book signings, book promotions, old style dance shows and a lot of other events are held In this building. Bulding itself was built in period 1931-1932 and since then it was renovated many many times. First man to run this place was \Светислав Милосављевић – Тиса\ he had a title of a \Ban\ and military general. If you are visiting Banja Luka, then visiting this historicall buliding is a MUST. Place is really amazing, and 10/10 worth checking out.
