Scott and the team at Wilson Computers are first class. I bought a refurbished PC from them a few months ago and have since recommended them to my in- laws, my boss and multiple clients. There were two things that really stood for me as unexpectedly excellent service 1/ It is the first time I have ever received a new PC or Laptop and not had to sit and wait while Windows is updated. You and your team had ensured the PC was ready to use straight out of the box with the latest version of all software and drivers already installed. 2/ I was having a problem getting my rather old NAS drive to connect as the device was too old to work with Windows 10. I sent you a message asking for advice after spending far too many hours trying to sort it myself using google. Within twenty minutes and 3 text messages later everything was sorted and working. This was at 9pm on a Friday night, I’d expected as reply on Monday morning but instead I had my PC ready to use that night.
These guys migrated our email to office 365 and deployed our new virtualized server also moving our machines to a new domain. They picked up on other network issues namely a “faulty network switch only when under load”. They stayed well after hours to reduce our downtime. Can’t rate them high enough. They have vast IT experience in everything I could throw at them. I’ve used more expensive companies with half the service. Definitely value for money.
My son lives in Manchester, he helps me with my IT when he can remotely... when he cant I call Wilson Computers. My son Richard runs an IT training business and thinks Wilson Computers are excellent and very trustworthy!
These guys set up our work network and it has worked very well. Service has also been very good over the past 2 years.
