I have proliferative diabetic retinopathy, cataracts and Sjorgen's Syndrome and I find their medical knowledge excellent. I also once had a test there and my vision had changed but the optometrist thought it was down to my taking steroids and didn't want to prescribe new glasses as he felt my vision would improve which I felt was very honest.

Been going in here for years without any problems , went in this morning to pick up my contact lens to be told I couldn't have them because I was due an eye test, this is contact lens which are already paid for!!! This happened once before but the girl gave me one packet to keep me going until I was able to get an appointment ....definitely bad customer service
