What a fantastic experience at my first aerial yoga in a hammock. Graham is an excellent, patient and fun teacher - I'll be back and will be signing up for the course!
Really enjoy live love yoga. Great variety of yoga styles at different times to suit all levels. Works well around shifts! Also feature classes. Different payment options so can choose depending on how often you can go. Lovely studio and Gayle and Graham are great.
Started in January 2017 with a beginners class and haven't looked back - wish I'd started years ago! Gayle & Graham have created a comfortable space where everyone can feel welcome and supported in their practice. Highly recommended!
I live in Scotland but my in-laws live in Bangor. Every time I come for a visit, I look forward to enjoying a session at Live. Love Yoga. Every session is my favourite, and I leave refreshed and inspired. Love it there.
