Been to Johnston’s (Bangor) twice now and received atrocious customer service on both occasions. Customers are obviously an inconvenience! Young fella needs to learn some manners. Won’t be making the same mistake for a third time
I have been dealing with Johnstones paint for almost 20 yrs . Main account in Newtownards where the staff ther are more than helpful.great craic always greet u with a smile. Couldn't praise them enough. Had to go to bangor shop today . The two guys were most unhelpful the younger of the two pulled a face when I asked him for paint .No thank you . Couldn't care less attitude. I walked ou telling them I would go to ards instead. This has been the case on several visits. But let it go before. I am full time painter who buys quite a lot of paint from Johnstones. Will not b back in bangor shop again. I keep the stow guys in a job. Also heard the same feedback from 2 of my customers about the same shop. David Conn
