Very bad customer service, completely rude to my wife on the phone, had bad food so promised on next order we would have a discount and when this came round stated they had no knowledge and had a go at my wife for suggesting this will not be using this place again and will advise any one else I know not to.

Very disappointed. Have used this take away many times over last 5 years and never had a problem. However, Tue 6th Sept we ordered..... 1 sheek kebab, 1 balti chicken (medium hot), 1 chips 1 naan bread. Placed order at 7-11pm and were told it would be 30 minutes. 8 minutes later it arrived. Excellent you’d think!!. NOT!!!! Cold Rubbery Skeek Kebab. Alleged Balti chicken consisted of. 7-8 pieces of chicken. No spices, no peppers, no onions, no herbs, no flavour & an 8th of a slice of tomato and a pint of curry sauce. It was bland and tasteless. Basically a chicken curry. Chips and naan were fine. I had to be up at 03-30am on Wednesday morning for work so decided I’d call them to ask about our meal the following evening, rather than wait for a replacement the same evening. Called Wednesday and spoke to a member of staff who basically called me a liar. Told me manager wasn’t there so he took my number and told me manager would call me Wednesday evening. No call!!!! I Called and spoke to “manager” Thursday 8th sept. As he obviously wasn’t calling me. Refused to believe me and basically kept referring to the fact I should have called the same evening. Now if this was a recurring thing I could understand him. But, we’ve ordered many meals with no issues whatsoever in the past. Basically called me a liar re: my complaint. Only when I asked if they had a Facebook/website (to which he replied) NO, then obviously realising I was going to look he did ask what he could do to make me happy. By this point having been called a liar twice I said forget it. So to summarise, If you want a chicken curry & chips (mild) dressed up as a Balti then BANGLA KITCHEN is your ideal place. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
Hubby had madras and said it was one of the best he had ever had. I had vegetable curry and chicken tikka starter and it was yummy@!
Food was nice, was hot however a lot of sauce and could have been more meat.
