TERRIBLE service during covid for pick ups. I arrived on time at 6:30 and the food wasn’t ready until after 7:15. The food itself was fine, but I won’t be back until they fix their back up in their ordering system.

The food is yummy! And the environment is very clean. We went to the Bangkok West Thai without any plans. And found it seams good, then we chooses it. Reasonable price and good service.
two days ago was the first time in this magnificent restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last time. We enjoyed the evening very much with the efficient service, with the great meal and fine drinks and with the decent payment. We will surely come back in a short time.
I really enjoyed my first experience eating Bangkok West Thai food. Interesting flavor complexity to challenge my taste buds a little. I would come back if I'm in the area. There was a long wait but we put our name down and walked around til we got a text.
I love this place. Extremely good Thai food. I have brought several different friends and they all feel the same. I have a rather difficult order and they always accommodate my substitutions and are so nice about it. I genuinely appreciate this restaurant and staff.
