Pleasant and calm village with all facilities like closed community ( Security, CCTV, Seimmig pool , Gym , clubhouse , children open play area and park with small pond ) Broad roads all around village and enough parking spaces. There is is 7/11 and Tesco lotus entrance of the village. 400 m away from sukhumvit road and Bangkok - pattaya highways

I was there in the afternoon, wasn't busy which I like. Looked nice and I am sure it's even better at night. The food and service was great, definitely come again

Why not I can’t pay by monthly \u003cbr/\u003eIt’s in legal \u003cbr/\u003eCause when pay by yearly it is advance paying. and when Mooban pay the security, trash,garden and etc by monthly too!!!!\u003cbr/\u003eMooban can go to the court if they not satisfied .... for me no problem;)
