Mickey mouse company. When we first moved into our house two years ago the previous owner had an alarm fitted by Band Systems. We've never seen the use in these as most alarms are ignored anyone and with advances in technology there are much better solutions out there now for home security. In our first year, it went off randomly. Not being provided the pin when we first bought the house we couldn't turn it off other than killing the power. We rang where they tried to get us on as a customer a book a maintenance for it. We told them we weren't interested in the service and to deactivate, which we assumed was now done. Until now, where the alarm went off randomly and we were \helped\ by a rude 'engineer' who picked up their 24 hour number then told us we had the engineers not support. After some unhelpful advice he hung up. Miserable git, glad we don't pay for this \service

I had my alarm installed this week and found the engineer was fantastic, fitted exactly what was required... customer service was great apon booking... overall would highly recommend
Our office used this company and had a terrible time. Slow, unreliable and unhelpful. I only post reviews when people have a bad experience and this was one of them!
I chose Band Systems because they were round the corner from where I live. Regrettably they then sold my account to ADT Systems in Manchester - 192 miles away. When I reported to ADT that our alarm was going off at random they said they wouldn't have an engineer in the area for 2 months. Eventually they said an engineer would get in touch, but he never did. So now I've found another local company to look after my alarm.
