Human size Manor house with connections to George Washington. Also lovely gardens and a heritage species apple orchard. Really pleasant and helpful staff. Looking forward to going back next year when the house is open.
It was closed due to Covid restrictions but nevertheless, still a good walk
A beautiful and fascinating venue. The tea room is amazing with a lovely selection of home made cakes that are worth the trip alone. Brilliant, friendly service and perfect setting.
Beautiful home & gardens. Lots of unique treasures. Definitely worth making the trip and taking the time to listen to and engage with the guides. We got a couple lovely cafe lattes in the cafe. If it’s not in your back yard, double check that they are open before heading over.
