New houses old problems
like
My partner and I went into Redrow to get some information about the houses. We explained to the lady that we are first time buyers and she effectively told us there is no point being here as we \cafford the quality of a Redrow\. I now understand that these homes are out of our price range but I do not expect to be spoken to in such a disgraceful way. It is an exemplary example of how to provide dreadful customer service. We were simply told \there are only 4 bed homes available out of your budget\. As I say, I understand that they are out of our budget (unaware of this before going in to the sales suite) but to be spoken to in such a way was unnecessary and really upset my partner. We visited 7 developers that day and every single one treated us with dignity and respect other than Redrow.
Both Cindy and Charli was fantastic ensuring purchase went through smoothly, answered any questions I had. Nothing was to much trouble.
Don't buy
I was delivering building materials
The houses are nice, but the company is awful at resolving any issues.
Only there for drone pictures of the development. See FB Banburyshire 360 for more
We were keen on a house in this development and we were led to believe we in line to reserve one, they took us through financial checks and we were told they had to wait for the build schedule so we could reserve. We started making plans and then it turned out we were in a queue we weren't told about, which meant we were very unlikely to get the the house or one like it here. We had wasted our time and turned down other options in the meantime. Really disappointed with how we were messed around by their sales staff.
