**BEWARE** I should have read the reviews before trusting the company with my money and scheduling works on the agreement the items would be delivered on time. I procured a large quantity of paint from Tools-Warehouse last week and after no delivery, I sent an email to them to work out what was happening, that had no response. Then I called them today, I was given the excuse about everything being manic and that they no longer had the items in stock, despite the website stating the items were available for delivery and reserved for dispatch. I assured the representative that I was not unhappy with her personally, but I was unhappy with the company not adapting to the pandemic, especially as this is the new norm. There was absolutely no consideration for the impact the company’s poor logistics was having on their customers or their overworked staff member who was having to manage eBay, Amazon, online and other orders. The items I had ordered where not even available from their suppliers, so why couldn’t be bothered to notify me sooner? After the agent representing the company started getting pointy with me for asking how the company could address the impact, I stated like her I was not to blame for the error and that if I had not have called – I don’t think any action would have been taken. She then hung up on me without confirming she would process the refund, I had to call back and leave a message as she was quick to turn on the ‘no-one is available to take your call answer phone service’ . **BEWARE** - The site also comes up as on a watch list as the certificates are not valid, I have cancelled my credit card as a precautionary measure.

Workshop Heaven

I called Gem Tool Hire in Banbury to hire a wet vacuum cleaner to clean a carpet. When I arrived, the guys asked me what I was using it for and suggested that this Karcher carpet cleaner would be a better tool for the job and it was cheaper to hire. They also gave me some great tips on how to get the best out of the machine and avoid unnecessary effort. Great machine, great service and much less expensive than I thought it would be. Fantastic!
