Very organised during these testing times. Seating all disinfected, social distancing maintained, masks maintained. I felt quite safe during my appointment and very pleased I now have very clean teeth!

Excellent , well organised and clearly well planned following of covid guidelines. Receptionist calm and polite at all times. Dentist was very welcoming and put me at ease immediately.
Booked time off work. Got there and was asked all the triage questions. Then I am told an outstanding payment is due. No mention of this previously and they refused to carry out any work until payed. Receptionist wasn't interested and accused me of lying . Told them to check cameras but suddenly werent interested. The dentist was unable to remove a tooth (after half an hour and cracking another tooth) previously and sent me to specialist. The specialist advised I had wasted 6 months and caused further problems with it not being taken out. He removed the tooth within 10 seconds and couldn't understand why my dentist had sent me there. They charged me twice 140 in total and think this is acceptable, and then blind side you for 20. So a half day holiday wasted , and the receptionist could care less.
Wow! What a lovely dental surgery! I am always a nervous patient and tend to avoid until absolutely necessary. They put me completely at ease and are very likeable and down to earth, what’s more they are great with kids which was really helpful. I’ve switched the kids over to them too and I’ll have no qualms visiting regularly
Absolutely amazing surgery. I had to take my 1 year old daughter with me to have a filling and she cried as soon as I sat on the chair. One of of the lovely receptionists offered to take care of her whilst I was having my treatment and the dentist and assistant were really understanding too. I'd definitely reccomend them!
