Went in here for an off cut for my van. For a start there was only one sales assistant and he was on the phone. When another one appeared, was most unhelpful and basically sad no, but I could buy a piece for 20.00. Said no thanks and left. Don't think I will be shopping here again.

Do not work HERE!!! Constantly complained at and the assistant manger will just whinge at you about anything and everything... Really depressing! Always recruiting new staff for so called trial shifts, these will always be that the applicant is unsuccessful and is used in order to get free labour.. they’ve been at it for years. As seen on social media and experienced in my short time working there. I was paid, but it was an ordeal. Area manager “Ben” who’s warped idea of a joke is to visit stores, call staff in for “Urgent meetings” and then tell everyone that they’ve lost their jobs! Because he finds it funny! When I handed in my resignation he made a special trip to the store in order to be absolve to me! In my time there I’ve overheard him discussing how he’s dismissed employees in a derogatory way.

Ouch !!!! Very bad reviews on here haven’t had my carpet fitted yet ,,,, my experience in the store was good i spoke to Terry who was helpful . And professional,helping me choose carpet & flooring,fingers crossed my fitting will be good also .

I complained about the quality of the fitting and unprofessional behaviour of the employee’s that were sent out to do the work. The response that I received by the two staff, male and a female was to be argumentative and then the next thing the female. Yes, the female is trying to drag me out of the shop. I told her that Its against the law to physically lay your hands on somebody. She then said ‘ I don’t care get out’ I wasn’t acting aggressive and was calm but firm. The response from these two was to be aggressive. I have never been treated like this from a high street store before. Employing ex nightclub door staff spoiling for a fight obviously. I see other comments from customers that this female. (I’m guessing) has annoyed. Contacted them on the stores social media page and they just deleted my comments. Cowboys that employ thugs.
