Highly recommend Camperking!!! I have used Camperking 3 times in the last 4 months and every time they have been so wonderful to deal with! They go above and beyond to help. Every time I have spoken with Jodie, and she has organised everything for my trip. I’ve always found her customer service very helpful and nothing is to much of an ask. Then Vans are always clean and they have a variety of sizes. We managed to see so many beautiful places in the UK in the van. Very gratful I found Camperking!! We recently hired a VW camper from Camper King to explore Northumberland with our two little boys. We had an amazing time and loved the hire camper. It had everything we needed and was so easy to drive especially on the long journey up and back. We’d highly recommend hiring one of their fleet to anyone wanting to explore the UK and beyond. We did it so easily with our 2&4yr old boys, they were gutted when I had to take it back. Jodie was a real pleasure to deal with and made hiring, collection and returning so easy and accommodated our date change easily and sourcing us a van with Isofix (tip: depending on isofix bases, our one that had a leg that extended to the floor didn’t reach so had to use an alternative chair), many thanks again. So far so good! We hired a LWB T6 Santorini Conversion from CamperKing in July. The camper was spotlessly clean inside (and out) and Jodie & team made sure I knew the essentials (from a distance) before driving off. We enjoyed ourselves so much we went on to place an order for a new T6.1 conversion and not once did we get the \hard sell\... Joeleen was incredibly patient with us whilst we asked loads of questions and went backwards and forwards with different options before we made up our minds. Everyone we have dealt with so far has been so friendly and happy to help. We can't wait for delivery of our new camper!
We chose to hire a van from Camper King due to their excellent reputation and i can honestly say we were not disappointed, it was our best decision of 2020! The van was amazing and the Camper King team couldn't have been more helpful, the service was so quick and friendly even in these trying times, Simon and Jodie were particularly helpful. We had our van for a week and we traveled around Scotland, only compliant was that we didn't book longer, already looking at our next holiday in a Camper King Van.
Well what can I say! We joined the CK family in March 2020 and are amazed at how amazing they all are. Choosing and Purchasing our van was exceptional, the team gave loads of support, alternatives, options and we had loads of choice. The purchase went through at ease and so did collection. We have a few minor issues which CK supported directly and even collected and transported our van to us. Nothing is too much. The community Facebook group is brilliant, loads of positivity, support and it has a real community spirit. We have CK club offers available to us and quick on hand hints and tips from CK directly or the community. My advice is ... CK should be your first choice for campervans!!!!!!!! Thank you team CK!!!
