Very impressed with the service from start to finish. I found Jamie really helpful when placing the order. I got my 2 hour time slot and literally 24 hours later my freezer arrived from Banbury to Merseyside. Definitely a personal service unlike the larger companies.

Not trusted. Ordered an appliance that was misleading in the advert. Lockdown happened and we couldn't return till things were a bit easier which was fine. Now being told there is a 25% charge as it was a special order for us. Which is a complete lie as we just ordered it off the website. If we want to return then we do so at our own expense.
I've bought from these guys a number of times now, and they are excellent. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they are competitively priced and are usually able to order items in and deliver and install quickly. Will definitely use them again when my next appliance needs replacing.
I remember visiting buywise many times with my parents when I was a kid. They're always knowledgeable, helpful and very competitive on price. This is why they've been so successful and will continue to be. I don't consider going anywhere else for home appliances. We've bought a cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, mattresses. Thank you Buywise.
