Ordered processed on a Thursday, paid for 1-3 day express shipping; order does not go out until the following Thursday, and is scheduled for delivery the end of day 11! There was no communication from Total Hockey about the order not being delivered upon processing. 11 days for a 1-3 day express shipping charge, with no communication, is bad business.

I had bought a pair of shoes from total hockey and thought they were the right size so I threw out the packaging. After wearing them around my house I realised they were too big. I contacted total hockey and they were great. They agreed to send me a new pair once they had received the ones I had purchased. The service was friendly, helpful and efficient. I then received an email checking that everything had arrived and if I was happy with my order. Brilliant customer service!

You would have to go a very long way to find a more helpful, honest store. The owner will definitely not try to sell you something that you don't need and indeed will advise you if you are making an unnecessary purchase. I will definitely be back
