Put enquiry on late on a Friday evening, by 10am Saturday morning Paul had booked an appointment to visit the house and price up. Another company I enquired from took 3 weeks to even call me to book appointment to survey and price!! Brilliant service from Paul, Rodney & Lee. Would definitely recommend them to anyone without a doubt.

We were undertaking a major home refurbishment including replacing all the fascia, soffit, guttering and downpipes. We contacted a few companies asking for quotations which proved difficult, only getting back 2 estimates. Paul from Down PVC was very friendly, knowledgeable and very quick in getting costs and options back to us. They were very thorough when taking measurements, clarifying where exactly everything was to be sited. Of the 2 estimates we received, Down PVC's quotation was a little higher, however their response, attitude and knowledge gave us confidence knowing we would get the professional and quality finish we wanted. The fitters were excellent, they know their stuff! We are delighted with the quality of the materials and the overall finish results. It can be very frustrating when companies don't get back to you; timescales are ignored or they just don't turn up, but I can honestly say this was not the case with Down PVC - they are professional and reliable and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you to everyone at Down PVC.

Just Got Down PVC to finish my Garage and House in Black Ash. What a Job well done.Very good price and first class workmanship. I told Paul exactly what I wanted after seeing some neighbours getting theirs done by different companies and not great. But without a Doubt I choose the right men for the job.
