I rather love all that our village hall provides, voting, dancing, private parties, public sales. Lovely wooden floor that's kept and polished by loyal staff and lovely people like Mrs Cleaver who raises lots of money for cancer x Lang may your lum reek on ither folks coal xx

The local Village Hall here in Bampton is a very useful meeting place for all sorts of functions and this one for Steve Sheppard's book launch of A Very Important Teapot was a great example of how the village can make use of the resource.
