Came in last Friday to renew photo-card driving licence, I thought it was going to be a 2 hour nightmare! how wrong i was, the lady behind the counter sorted it out in a couple of min's, and just by chance i mentioned my passport was just out of date,, \would you like to renew that too\? she asked, so a few details later it was all done and i was on my way home,, Brilliant, friendly efficient staff.
Most of the staff are friendly except the grey haired lady (wrinkly skin) very miserable and no customer service skills at all
