The office itself is clean and calming. The front desk staff on the other hand needs to adjust their attitudes and demeanors. When you have women coming in making a big decision such as termination it is important that you provide them with the best patient care services possible and make them feel as if you care. To display attitude and aggression is not a good look being first point of contact in a medical office setting. My suggestion and hope is that you take this review to heart and educate your staff on the importance of being kind to patients.

My experience here was wonderful. Front desk nurse was so nice.The nurse that took me back was amazing as well. She was easy to talk to and gentle! The lights were dim and an essential oil diffuser was going ️. It was calming and less stressful than any doctor visit I have had. Highly recommend this doctors office!!

I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so sweet and caring. No matter what you come in here for it’s always discreet and very professional. All the nurses and staff make sure you have everything you could need and want. Ladies come here for everything! It’s worth the drive and wait.

I’ve been coming here for years, for all different kinds of services. Every single employee here is extremely kind, empathetic, and present. The waiting room and exam rooms feel like a safe space and are maintained to be very clean. I come here to support businesses like this to stay open. We NEED more places like Whole Woman’s Health. Beyond abortion services, women should have a safe place to go for gynecological exams, pregnancy testing (which is FREE with or without insurance!!) and STD testing. I’m also grateful that they do take insurance, because some facilities like this do not, and offer a reduced set price (which is still great for people who don’t have access to insurance). I will be forever grateful for Whole Woman’s Health and the employees and doctors who run it.

This was not a good experience for me. Everyone was awesome except for the Doctor who was a women. I got my IV placed and before the nurse even finish pushing the medication in the Doctor was already starting the the procedure.She didn't give the medication a second to get into my system and the reason I requested the meds is because I knew I couldn't handle the pain. The Dr. told me to stop yelling and stop moving but if she had any compassion she would have made sure I received the what I asked for and paid for. This wasn't my first procedure I really think God was punishing me by giving me this person to do my procedure. And I know they're going to say the meds don't work the same for everyone, which is a lie if given correctly. If anyone choose this place and request sedation make sure you advocate for yourself and not let the rush.
