Worst Experience Ever. If you’re having any type of oral pain avoid this place at all cost. I was told on Friday to come back 5:30am on Monday morning if I wanted to be seen since they only take a certain amount of people. I arrive outside in the cold 5:20am , nobody comes to the door until 6:15. They hand out 4 passes and tell us to come back at 7 so we can come into the building & sign in as a patient. 7:20 comes and they finally let us in the building and we sign in. Then they tell us that we have the option to stay or leave but to be back 9 because that’s when they will start seeing patients. It is now 9:30 (4 long hours later) and I am finally getting seen. I am told I need a root canal witch is about 600 plus the price of a crown & I was only expecting to pay the 173 fee. But I agree to pay the 600 assuming that they have a payment plan. They do not have a payment plan or atleast not for root canals. So basically I wasted 6 hours of my time (3 of which I was in pain) and 64 dollars that I had to pay for the x-ray of my teeth. The only good thing from this terrible experience was the 2 students who did my exam they were very nice & gentle.

Due to #Covid19 on your phone message for reporting you should note to people that you are only taking the first nine people in line. This is URGENT CARE!!! People are coming here for just that!!! You then tell the people who did not get one of the 9 numbers that they can wait until 9:00 and a doctors will come out and access yo u They tell you if you have no swelling they will not see you and you have to come back in the early morning to try it again..Wow. This happen for a reason...instead of paying 173; I pay 64 dollars due to them accepting my insurance. I had a bad tooth and it was infected. Got the job done by real people / dental office that cared #TDGroup

They are on time. They are using social responsibility measures. The staff is friendly and professional. A payment plan may be available. Ask.

Worst experience ever.....i got there around 5:20am and i was the 10th person in line. Around 6:30am someone comes out and says we only taking the first 5 people....smh they could have put that on the door to avoid other people waiting in line in the cold

It is fairly more affordable but the fact that they sent me into collections during COVID when people are not working after going there with no insurance and paying for almost 2 years is pretty shameful
