I waited today for an hour to get what I thought would be a very quick order. The only reason I didn't leave is because they make you pay and then stand in line. It's good but not worth my wasted time. Management get organized and separate the call in Grub Hub orders from the in store orders. It was a real s&! Show today. Won't go back.

I love pure raw but not this location. I customize my bowl because I just don't like much stuff. This is supposed to be triple strawberries. I think this is 3 strawberries cut up. Seriously disappointed.

I bought my first açaí bowl from this location and it was amazing. The team is very organized and very efficient. My order was ready very quickly. I will definitely be back.

I’ve never seen a more disorganized business. It took 6 calls to place a single order since online ordering was inexplicably turned off and no one answered the phone. When we attempted to pick up the order at the appropriate time, the food was not ready for another 15 minutes and no one communicated with me about the delay. The açaí was super soft and watery and I have a strong suspicion that the “granola” was just kashi cereal.
I love this place the Açaí bowl are to die for, I approve and my nine year old son also approves. This is a good way to get him to eat healthy. I give them five stars!!!
