I've never had a problem with them ever since I've been gone for the past 3 years now honestly it's the best thing that has ever happened to me or one of the best things the money is perfect is exactly that when I need it the staff is wonderful every last one of them thank you for being a part of our community ️,,!!

On 2/20/2021 I visited security location in Baltimore and got turned away because they did not have the tools to complete a manual blood pressure. Due to me receive a co5 code a code that I regularly receive at screening. The management was very defensive when asked is there a better solution than turn me away and ask me to go donate at Dundalk location in which I later learned that I could not today because I was deferred. he then called someone and did offer 10 for inconvenience and asked me to donate on Monday which is not my donor day because I was deferred for 43 reading which was totally incorrect documentation I later learned that the 43 was actually my iron level and not my blood pressure. My issue is that the resolution was unfair and unrealistic I waisted 1 hr and 12 minutes to receive 10 bucks when I always come ready to donate. Management body language was aloof and was observed hunched shoulder as his staff was trying to advocate on my behalf. Some donors catch the bus it’s freezing outside good for me I drive I feel really bad as a donor I was once proud to donate and be a part of the community like a second family I will never forget today never ever! Customer service goes a long way and treating people with dignity and respect does as well. We are not lab rats or people that does not have lives we are donors real people by the way I never received an sincere apology I was thrown 10 bucks like I was trash I’m pretty sure with my profession my income exceeds every worker in that location So that 10 meant nothing to me. My respect and dignity is everything to me. (Excuse typos my spirit is truly disturbed right now)

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! This location is under new management (Sarah Lawson) and has gone terribly downhill in a short amount of time!!! Her, along with the staff have very unprofessional attitudes and generally do not know what they are doing. I was turned away and banned for because she didn’t believe that I read their binder of procedures slowly enough for her liking. Go to any other plasma donation center but this one and thank yourself later!
Long wait seemed to be short staffed but was reception was awesome.
