I set up appointments with them, checked in and then they decided to tell me that they did not have my paperwork from the doctor. I now wasted a day off work and fasted for nothing because your lab does not say anything about required paperwork from doctor when you make an appointment

Worst staff ever. One lady is very nice and gently but the other one is very rude, she scream at me for no reason when I was talking with the other lady about a paper work that \wasn't in the system\ when my doctor send it already. I hate this place and just for that women. The other lady she is very sweet. If you don't like to work with people so why work in a place like this and olso screams to people for no reason? That's not professional at all.
Considering this is a lab and phlebotomists are generally trained how to perform procedures in a hygienic fashion, it was surprising that they were wearing masks incorrectly, below their noses. Dirty facility, gauze and bandages on the floor in the waiting room, trash on floor in back lab area, seats in blood draw area not wiped down between patients. Not acceptable during a pandemic.
I saw a staff member not wearing a mask standing about 12 feet from me and others in the waiting area. When I was done there were people in the waiting area not wearing masks/wearing them below their nose, and there was no staff present to enforce the mask rule.
Quick and easy. I made an appointment online; they were running a few min late but given the number of people in the waiting room that wasn’t surprising. Everyone was friendly and my phlebotomist did a great job. I was in and out in less than 20 min. Would go again.
