Surprised by the negative reviews. Went for my first appointment recently after years of hearing my friends rave about Dr Lauring. Staff was excellent. Short wait. Very friendly. Professional and clean office. Never felt rushed. So very pleased with results. Will be back again soon. 5 stars.

Rushed. Condescending. Her office relies heavily on having a \cool\ vibe. Unfortunately, that's the only reason for visiting. She spent approximately 4 minutes checking me out. She dismissed my adult acne as rosacea. When I asked her about my jawline pimples, she actually rolled her eyes and said, \you mean rosacea?\ She then thrust a pamphlet at me and prescribed things that did nothing for my skin. I also asked her about products to treat my forehead melasma (dark spots from pregnancy). She said the only thing that would work is a laser treatment that she offers (almost 400) and I can make an appointment at the front desk. Then, like a flash, she left the room. I have since been treated for my skin concerns at another dermatologist and guess what? I don't have rosacea. My adult acne and melasma have gone away with proper topical treatments. Go to Dr. Lowitt at GBMC instead. He's kind, a great listener, and the real deal.

The service was okay. I was surprised that I recieved a bill for 149.00. I stopped by the office to ask for a small discount ...not earning as much as before covid..they would not even offer a 1% discount. I paid in full...but thought it was sad. I know they aren't obligated ...but what about compassion. Uuuggg

I was referred to Dr. Lauring over 5 years ago by another physician from Mercy Hospital. At the time, her office was in also in Mercy. She opened this beautiful, new and modern facility, which is so much more pleasant. I’m so glad I followed her there. I couldn’t be happier with her and the staff. Everyone is so caring and considerate. I highly recommend her.
