That place in there literally passes the buck along, a word of warning to the elderly better keep your receipts. I was a couple days late one day I'm there paid it, the following month got a bill saying they did not receive that payment you figure these people would have the common courtesy to do their job right and make sure it doesn't come back up in the computer as late or non-payment. Shame on you City and the city workers.

Went on the 12th of month wasn't busy. Person explained information I needed.
Was upset about the reason for my visit their but was provided with good customer service
