Always go to Balti Hut for Indian takeaway as I find my order to be consistently good and ordering directly on their website you get a small discount. They always seem to throw in a free poppadom, salad and mango chutney and delivery time is pretty good. Touch wood, never had any problems

Excellent food. The staff there are very friendly and was really helpful. The owner is brilliant and hospitable. They brought out the food hot and quality was very good. Although it looks like a small restaurant it is a mighty place to go to.
Very good and consistently of a high quality. I usually pick up an online order, always ready to pick up at the agreed time. Naan breads are particularly tasty! Yum
My friend (a local) brought me to Balti Hut for a last minute slap up curry. We probably weren't hungry enough for what we ordered, essentially a banquet of food. Eat out to help out made our eyes even larger. Food came out quick and those onion bhajis were crispy, tasty balls of heaven. The naan was quite doughy but still had a crisp to it, so it passed the test. Curries hit the spot, Tarka dhal perfect consistency for mopping with bread. Very generous in portion sizes, and nice blokes working there. Decor was fantastic, I love the feeling I'm in a place that has been there for decades, to me it shows quality and history and reminds me of the millennium. Thanks for the grub Balti hut!
Would have five stars before but visited recently and I was disappointed with the service. My friend asked if our time was limited, the waiter said \2 hours but we would like you to go in 1 1/2 hours if you can\ We were rushed th he whole meal, different waiters trying to take our food before we'd finished. Although I don't speak their language I could tell from the body language the one in charge was telling the others to hurry us up! They were very busy with takeaways. My friend was quite intimidated and was afraid to have a second wine in case we went over time. It was a shame as we used to visit often and hadn't seen each other for months. The 3 stars were for good food and portions as usual. We also like to take our own wine. Convenient position. Won't be going again.
