Brain and all the people at Balmoral are the most professional and helpful you can imagine . Helping our family through the most difficult of times in an extremely professional and caring manner , every aspect of the whole process was dealt with in a very sympathetic and respectful way. Brian himself is a real perfectionist and this shows in the level of care and the attention to detail in everything Balmoral do . I would recommend Balmoral to anyone , I have 100% satisfaction in my dealings with them. Thanks to Brian and his team for all their help

Can't thank Balmoral enough. From meeting them...until letting go of our beautiful mum. My sister and I contacted Brian at your Kilmarnock branch and he was very helpful, sensitive and clear about our options. Later we dealt with David and were equally impressed with his attitude, concern and caring way that he dealt with the arrangements after the death of our mum. From start to finish David, Megan & all the team at Balmoral have been fantastic. The care and attention they provided to my mother and to the whole family was second to none. Every process was made easy and my mother was treated with dignity and respect along the way. We cannot thank Balmoral enough for the service they provided at such a difficult time. The pricing was very reasonable as well and have no hesitation in recommending the company. Hopefully we won't have to use them again for a long time but I will if required.
We my father died we had an awful experience with another company,decided to try barmoral funeral directors,I have never been so impressed by the service and understanding we received from all the staff , they done everything to take us through this very hard time, and I'm sure if it wasn't for the care they took with myself and my two daughters we would still be struggling, 10 out of 10 for your staff and service we totally appreciate everything you did for us and will be telling everyone we know how brillant you were at such a difficult time ,thank you from all the family
