Great garage had problem with car battery, rang garage and the man was very helpful. He said he would ring us back ,he rang after a while and fitted us in same day. Job was done within 20 minutes. The personal a polite friendly and professional. And it wasn't to pricey witch is always a bonus. Would highly recommend.

I purchased a car without viewing and it was delivered with numerous scratches, even though I had specifically asked the salesman if there were any scratches prior to the purchase. After that company refused to acknowledge they were at fault and even tried blaming me/ the delivery driver (which they had instructed) for the damage. Luke the sales manager was particularly unhelpful and obnoxious. Be very careful when dealing with this company.
Having been a client for decades I've been really disappointed over the past few years. Avoid. If I could give less than one star then I would. When I first used the garage, decades ago, the ethos was service. The customer came first. Now, money is key regardless of what is good for the client. You need to be able to trust people dealing with your car. I no longer trust Balmer Lawn.
