Ordered 26m2 of Italian porcelain floor tiles in early July, with the promise they would be delivered by the end of the month. As the end of the month approached I had heard nothing. The tiler had been scheduled to complete the floor for our new kitchen install. It took a discussion with Lindsay, the owner, to get things back on schedule, for which we are most grateful. As it turned out the tiles were absolutely top class and we are delighted with the quality of product supplied by Tilesplus. For other customers please allow sufficient time for your order, given possible delays due to the pandemic. A stressful experience can be avoided.

Came across Tilesplus from seeing one of their vans on the road. Looked it up, made an appointment and picked out my tiles for Bathroom and porch. Lindsay sorted all out for me. Great friendly service, great prices. Pleasure to do business with. Will be back when it's time for the kitchen to be done too. Quick delivery, no issues. Highly recommend Tilesplus.
This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Ordered tiles and accessories, which I was told would be here within 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed and nothing. After contacting the company and all their promises that they would be delivered the following week fell by the wayside. It has now been over 5 weeks and I'm still getting excuses. With a builder arriving in 2 weeks I now have to go elsewhere and also still try to get monies already paid to Tiles Plus-Ballymoney. Visiting the shop to solve the issue the owner was agumentative and would not stop shouting at me or my wife. If you use this company I hope you get a better service than me, but I certainty won't be using them again or recommending them. Disgusting service.
