Three of us went for the 90 minute trek today at Sheans. 2A 1C. From when we arrived the staff were polite and super helpful. We were kitted out quickly with hats and boots and shown what to do. We got the most beautiful horses and the trek was amazing. The guides are all friendly and make everyone feel at ease. Donal was the leader and helped everyone get the most of the time with the horses both during the trek and during the trotting session in the arena. He encouraged my 9 year old daughter and this made her day! Donal took lots of photos and sent them to us afterwards which will give us memories until we can go again!! This is a great afternoon out and I cant recommend it enough!!! Cant wait until next time!

We were at Sheans Horse Farm last summer, and it was absolutely amazing! We had a trip for only us with a guide across hills, very beautiful views! Horses are beautiful and very calm. I'm not so great rider, but due to our guide, I felt totally safe. At Farm, the staff gives you the necessary equipment (helmet and boots) and training circles. We totally love this trip and want to come back! Recommend!

Great afternoon out at Sheans Horse Farm. Was my first time on a horse: great instructor and guide. We were a group of mixed abilities and everyone had a great time. Amazing location with incredible views. Good varied terrain. Highly recommend and hope to be back! Thanks to Donal and the team for a great experience.

First time on a horse and I couldn't have been put more at ease. A good teacher makes everything seem simple, and mine was no exception. Full of information about riding horses as well as general stuff about their biology and personalities. All in all, a great experience and one I'll be carrying on with when I get home. Go there!

Had a great day trekking at Sheans horse farm today with my 9 year old daughter. Horses and ponies are all. Lovely, safe and well cared for. The scenery. Is breath taking on the tracks and the staff are so friendly and down to earth. Nothing is a bother to them. Perfect post lock down activity to get you out into the fresh air. 5 star experience!!
