With the experience I have had with the credit union in William St ballymena 1 star is far to genorous, there rude, unpleasant, unprofessional and don't do there job properly at all, I will probably close my account, I don't want anything to do with these people, never felt so humiliated in all my life.

I find the Credit Union very flexible, approachable and understanding. They meet your needs if you explain circumstances. The app and website has also improved greatly in recent months. I recommend definitely.
