I was having issues with my humidifier. Korey T came out on time and was courteous and professional. He identified one issue (top of panel tray was backwards) and when I asked about running the humidifier when just the fan/blower was on (not just with heater on as was the case) he explained a new humidistat with blower control would be needed. Price was fair so he installed right then/there after having someone run the part over and it works as expected. Hoping for a less arid home for the rest of winter with these improvements. Thanks Jerry Kelly & Korey T!

My furnace check-up, maintenance was done today by Steve Cole and Heath Reininga. Great team! They made sure my humidifier was working-wish I had that working for our frigid temps. My bad for not scheduling earlier.
