Thank you for delivering the balloons so promptly for my Daughter's wedding at Hutton Hall on the 26th May. They were as I requested, but disappointed in the personalised ones should have been written with navy glitter as requested, their names were just written on with a pen. It was very feint and you could hardly read it. Shame

Gave a quote in-store which rose by 50% when we called. Were told to come in to get an attachment checked by them this Saturday - called to confirm and they had given away our date - and not especially politely my fiance tells me. You'd think that given the mis-quote they'd think twice before double -booking. Fiance in tears, decor plan for wedding now needs changing. Really not happy.

Balloon Decor are brilliant. They decorated the hall & surroundings at our wedding venue The Old Rectory in Brentwood, Essex with our colours of Yellow, Orange & Ivory back in May 2017. Very professional - no fuss, no hassle, good advice & expertise given. Would definitely recommend. Thank you so much Karen & team for all you did & making our venue look so lovely helping to make our day just perfect. Best wishes Pauline & Paul Freeman
