After receiving a watch for my birthday, I gave 'Mister Minit' a call to see if he could take some links out of the strap for me that day. One swift, helpful call later, and I was on my way. 'Chris', was as polite, helpful and professional in person as he was on the phone. A quick fitting and the time it took to have a leisurely coffee was all it took and helped make an excellent birthday better. I'll definitely be returning.

I stopped by the other day to get a battery replaced, Chris was a top bloke and got straight onto it while juggling another customer. Cheers for the good, friendly service.
Stopped here yesterday to see about a replacement car key. The guy seemed under pressure with just two customers at the same time - he looked so panicked? Anyway, he made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by asking how much it would be. His answers were one word “yes/no” answers making him very awkward to talk to.
Rude and rushed. Guy wasn’t focusing on what we were taking about. Lacking customer service. 3 stars is generous as the actual service might be good. I won’t be finding out though.

I had a watch battery replaced 1 year ago tho it went flat within a year. The warranty for the battery was for 2 years. Which they replaced no worries at all. I found Chris to be very helpful and polite. Yes! I would recommend this place. Thanks!
We gave Mr Minit Ballina a challenge of a twisted ride on mower key that had been bent and twisted, and he did an amazing job to craft a copy that worked perfectly. Highly recommend.
We just needed to replace a screw in a pair of glasses, Chris was super helpful and was able to solve our problem. We are very happy with his customer service.
